Mahkota Medical Centre is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Staff Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care through the application of professional clinical knowledge and skills while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing in accordance with institutional policies, legal requirements, and professional nursing standards.<\/p>\n
The selected candidate will also support the Head Nurse in the efficient administration and smooth operation of the department and may deputize in the absence of the Head Nurse when required.<\/p>\n

\nCathlab \/ Cardiology Services
\nWards (Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedic & Paediatrics)
\nDay Procedure Unit (DPU)
\nIntensive Care Unit (ICU)
\nHaemodialysis Unit
\nMaternity Ward (Candidates must possess relevant experience or Post Basic in Midwifery)
\nNursery
\nKey Responsibilities
\nDeliver safe, competent, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and nursing best practices.
\nMonitor patient conditions, provide nursing assessments, and ensure timely intervention and care delivery.
\nMaintain patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout treatment and recovery.
\nCollaborate effectively with doctors, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
\nSupport departmental operations and assist in maintaining quality healthcare standards.
\nAssist the Head Nurse in administrative duties and departmental coordination when required.
\nRequirements
\nMinimum Diploma \/ Advanced Diploma \/ Higher Diploma \/ Graduate Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
\nRegistered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
\nPossess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
\nFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills.
