Hibari Clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions, promote preventive healthcare, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Patient Care
\nConduct comprehensive medical consultations, physical examinations, and health assessments.
\nDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
\nPrescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
\nMonitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
\nProvide vaccinations, health screenings, and preventive care services.
\nEducate patients on nutrition, wellness, and disease prevention.<\/p>\n
Medical Documentation:
\nMaintain accurate and confidential patient records.
\nEnsure compliance with medical regulations, clinical standards, and documentation requirements.<\/p>\n
Emergency Management:
\nAssess and manage minor medical emergencies.
\nStabilize patients and coordinate hospital referrals when necessary.<\/p>\n
Care Coordination & Referrals:
\nRefer patients to specialists and allied healthcare providers as appropriate.
\nCoordinate follow-up care, diagnostic investigations, and treatment plans.
\nCollaborate closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n
Health Promotion & Patient Advocacy:
\nProvide health education and preventive care counseling.
\nSupport patients in understanding their medical conditions and treatment options.
\nEncourage healthy lifestyle modifications and self-care practices.<\/p>\n
Professional Development:
\nStay current with evidence-based medical practices and clinical advancements.
\nParticipate in continuing medical education, peer reviews, and case discussions.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nMalaysian citizen.
\nBachelor’s Degree, Medical Degree (MD\/MBBS), or equivalent professional qualification in Medicine.
\nValid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
\nMinimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or general practice.
\nProficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
\nStrong clinical, communication, and patient management skills.<\/p>\n
