Klinik ZENMED Setapak is looking for a Resident Doctor who is patient-centred, responsible, and interested in growing within a primary care clinic setting.<\/p>\n
This role is suitable for a doctor with at least 1 year of GP \/ primary care experience who is confident in managing common outpatient cases, communicating clearly with patients, and supporting continuity of care through follow-up, NCD screening, wound care, and health education.<\/p>\n
We are looking for someone who understands that a resident doctor is not just here to see patients, but to help build trust, improve patient experience, and contribute to clinic growth in a structured and professional environment.<\/p>\n
Key Highlights
\n– Applications are open to MALAYSIAN RESIDENTS ONLY
\n– Basic Salary: RM8,000 \u2013 RM9,000\/month
\n– Working hours: 45 hours\/week
\n– Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am \u2013 6:00pm
\n– Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, annual leave, medical leave as per employment terms
\n– Minimum requirement: At least 1 year GP \/ primary care clinic experience
\n– Start Date: 1st July 2026
\n– Fresh graduates will not be considered

Required Qualifications
\n– Fully registered medical doctor
\n– Valid MMC registration
\n– Valid APC
\n– Completed compulsory service
\n– Minimum 1 year experience in GP \/ private clinic \/ primary care setting
\n– Able to manage common outpatient cases independently
\n– Good documentation and safe prescribing practice<\/p>\n
Preferred Experience
\n– Wound care experience
\n– Minor procedures experience
\n– NCD management experience
\n– Health screening counselling
\n– Basic women\u2019s health \/ antenatal exposure
\n– Basic ultrasound exposure is an added advantage
\n– Comfortable with patient education and follow-up care
\n– Open to social media \/ educational content involvement<\/p>\n

\n– Outpatient consultations
\n– Proper history-taking and physical examination
\n– Full vital signs review for patients
\n– NCD screening and follow-up
\n– Health screening counselling
\n– Wound care and minor procedures where competent

\n– Patient education and lifestyle advice
\n– Follow-up planning and continuity of care
\n– Basic operational coordination when needed
\n– Support corporate \/ community outreach programmes
