\nPosition: Medical Officer (Contract)
\nLocation: Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia

\nBasic Salary: RM10,000 per month
\nHousing Allowance: RM2,000 per month<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nDeliver professional, evidence-based, and comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all age groups.
\nConduct patient consultations, perform clinical assessments and examinations, establish diagnoses, and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
\nPrescribe medications and manage patient care in accordance with established clinical guidelines and best medical practices.
\nProvide health education and counseling on disease prevention, treatment adherence, lifestyle modifications, and overall wellness.
\nMaintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
\nMonitor patient progress and ensure appropriate follow-up care to optimize health outcomes.
\nCollaborate effectively with nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinic operations and coordinated patient care.
\nUphold the highest standards of medical ethics, professionalism, patient safety, and confidentiality.
\nFoster strong doctor\u2013patient relationships built on trust, empathy, and effective communication.
\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining excellence in healthcare service delivery.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nBachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
\nFully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
\nCompletion of compulsory government service, including housemanship.
\nProficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
\nAbility to communicate in Chinese and\/or local dialects will be considered an added advantage.
\nStrong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities.
