Key Responsibilities
\nProvide comprehensive dental consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
\nPerform general dental procedures while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.
\nDeliver exceptional patient care and build long-term patient relationships.
\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical protocols.
\nContribute to the overall growth and success of the clinic.
\nWork collaboratively with the dental team to provide outstanding patient experiences.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nBachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS\/DDS) or equivalent recognized dental qualification.
\nValid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and eligibility to practice in Malaysia.
\nStrong clinical competency and commitment to patient-centered care.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nProfessional, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
\nWilling to relocate to or work in Langkawi.
\nCompensation & Rewards
\nAttractive Income Package
\nBasic Salary: RM 9,000 per month
\nOR
\nCommission Structure: 60:40 (whichever is higher)
\nLong-Term Rewards
\n1% commission increment for every 3 years of service.
\n1% profit-sharing entitlement based on total clinic sales for every 3 years of service.
