What we’re looking for<\/p>\n
\u25cfMBBS, MD or equivalent in Medicine from a recognised institution.<\/p>\n
\u25cfRegistered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).<\/p>\n
\u25cfMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience.<\/p>\n
\u25cfStrong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently.<\/p>\n
\u25cfWilling to be based in Johor Bahru.<\/p>\n
\u25cfAbility to communicate in Mandarin and\/or local dialects is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
What you’ll do \u2014 Clinical<\/p>\n
\u2014Lead medical assessments and care planning for new and existing residents.<\/p>\n
\u2014Run ward rounds; diagnose, treat and monitor conditions, including wound-care management.<\/p>\n
\u2014Prescribe and shape treatment plans, referrals and lifestyle guidance.<\/p>\n
\u2014Review laboratory results and coordinate specialist referrals when needed.<\/p>\n
\u2014Mentor nursing and care staff through bedside teaching and training.<\/p>\n
\u2014Be the trusted point of contact for residents and their families.<\/p>\n
\u2014Uphold medical protocols, SOPs and regulatory compliance; keep meticulous records.<\/p>\n
What you’ll do \u2014 Centre leadership<\/p>\n
\u2014Own day-to-day operations and the service quality of the centre.<\/p>\n
\u2014Manage admissions, enquiries, family counselling and complaint resolution.<\/p>\n
\u2014Lead the team \u2014 scheduling, performance reviews, development and discipline.<\/p>\n
\u2014Plan manpower and oversee recruitment, onboarding and internship programmes.<\/p>\n
\u2014Keep facilities, housekeeping, inventory and quality assurance on track.<\/p>\n
\u2014Handle emergencies and escalate operational risks decisively.<\/p>\n
