Klinik Faizal & Rakan-Rakan is a well-established 24-hour GP clinic in Johor Bahru, with over 30 years of service and two branches. We are seeking a committed Resident Doctor to join our experienced medical team and provide high-quality primary care in a supportive, well-structured environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nDiagnose and manage a wide range of acute and outpatient cases across all age groups.
\nProvide comprehensive primary care with a strong focus on patient safety and quality of care.
\nPerform minor procedures including suturing, wound management, and other in-clinic procedures.
\nProvide appropriate treatment, follow-up care, and patient education.
\nPromote preventive healthcare, health screening, and family wellness.
\nWork collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and clinic assistants to ensure efficient patient care.
\nRefer and escalate cases appropriately when specialist or hospital care is required.
\nParticipate in structured 7-hour rotational shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts, with fair allocation of nights and rotational weekend off.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Essential:
\nMBBS \/ MD \/ MBBCh or equivalent medical qualification from a recognised institution.
\nRegistered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
\nCompleted compulsory service with KKM.
\nStrong clinical judgement and commitment to patient safety.
\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
\nGood communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage.<\/p>\n
Preferred Experience & Interests:<\/p>\n
Experience or interest in:
\nPrimary care, emergency medicine, or outpatient care.
\nMinor surgical procedures and circumcision.
\nUltrasound, including O&G 4D\/5D.
\nFamily planning and preventive healthcare.
\nJoint injections and pain management.
\nPaediatric care and developmental monitoring.<\/p>\n
What We Offer
\nCompetitive remuneration: RM10,000\u2013RM12,000 base salary.
\nPotential total monthly earnings: RM12,000\u2013RM15,000 including incentives and performance bonuses.
