MM Care Group Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and passionate Permanent Resident Doctor (RPG) to join its growing medical team across its Johor branches.<\/p>\n

This is a full-time opportunity for a qualified medical professional who is committed to delivering quality primary healthcare and is looking to build a long-term career in general practice.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities
\nProvide comprehensive primary healthcare and medical consultations to patients.
\nAssess patients’ medical conditions, symptoms and healthcare needs.
\nDiagnose and manage common medical conditions in accordance with established clinical standards.
\nProvide appropriate treatment, medical advice and follow-up care.
\nMaintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
\nCommunicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families.
\nPromote preventive healthcare and patient education.
\nWork collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
\nParticipate in rotational shifts as required.
\nMaintain professional, ethical and clinical standards at all times.
\nRequirements
\nRegistered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
\nPossess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
\nStrong passion and enthusiasm for General Practice.
\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.
\nResponsible, committed and professional approach to patient care.
\nWillingness to work on rotational shifts.
