Key Responsibilities
\n– Provide comprehensive medical consultations and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
\n– Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, preventive health assessments, and routine medical care.
\n– Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of primary care.
\n– Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic results and develop appropriate treatment plans.
\n– Build strong, long-term doctor-patient relationships through compassionate and personalized care.
\n– Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, healthy lifestyles, and overall wellness.
\n– Maintain accurate and timely patient records through the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
\n– Collaborate with pharmacists and allied healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
\n– Support telehealth services, including teleconsultations, blood test reporting, and Electronic Prescription Services (EPS).
\n– Coordinate specialist referrals and ensure seamless continuity of care.
\n– Adhere to clinical guidelines, SOPs, ethical standards, and Malaysian healthcare regulations.
\n– Participate in Continuous Medical Education (CME) and contribute to clinical and service improvement initiatives.
\n– Support clinic initiatives focused on improving patient experience, quality of care, and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\n– MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
\n– Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
\n– Previous experience in General Practice or Primary Care is preferred.
\n– Experience in chronic disease management will be an added advantage.
\n– Strong clinical judgment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n– Passionate about delivering patient-centered and preventive healthcare.
\n– Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
\n– Professional, empathetic, and committed to maintaining high standards of patient care.<\/p>\n
