Alpro Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Doctor to join its medical team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality primary care, manage a wide range of medical conditions, and deliver personalized, patient-centered healthcare.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n– Conduct comprehensive consultations and diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
\n– Provide preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, vaccinations, and routine medical assessments.
\n– Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of primary care practice.
\n– Review laboratory and diagnostic results and develop appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans.
\n– Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and ensure continuity of care.
\n– Counsel patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, lifestyle modification, and overall wellness.
\n– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
\n– Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care.
\n– Provide support for telehealth services, including teleconsultations, blood test reporting, and electronic prescriptions.
\n– Coordinate specialist referrals and facilitate seamless follow-up and continuity of patient care.
\n– Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, SOPs, professional standards, and Malaysian healthcare regulations.
\n– Participate in Continuous Medical Education (CME) and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.
\n– Support clinic programs designed to enhance patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
\nRequirements
\n– MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
\n– Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
\n– Previous experience in General Practice or Primary Care is preferred.
\n– Experience in managing chronic diseases is an added advantage.
\n– Excellent clinical, communication, interpersonal, and patient-management skills.
\n– Strong commitment to patient-centered and preventive healthcare.
\n– Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
