We are seeking a responsible, friendly, and detail-oriented Clinic \/ Medical \/ Aesthetic Assistant to support daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for patients. The ideal candidate will assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures, manage front-desk activities, perform basic clinical tasks under supervision, and maintain an organised and patient-friendly clinic environment.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nPatient Care & Front Desk Support
\n\u2022\tWelcome walk-in patients and provide friendly, professional assistance.
\n\u2022\tRegister patients, verify personal details, and manage patient queues.
\n\u2022\tSchedule appointments, send follow-up reminders, and respond to patient inquiries.
\n\u2022\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic management system.
\n\u2022\tHandle billing, payment collection, and receipt issuance.
\nClinical Assistance
\n\u2022\tAssist doctors during consultations and minor medical or aesthetic procedures.
\n\u2022\tPrepare consultation rooms, medical equipment, and consumables before procedures.
\n\u2022\tMeasure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and oxygen saturation (SpO\u2082).
\n\u2022\tPerform basic diagnostic tests, such as urine tests, urine pregnancy tests (UPT), and blood glucose testing, under appropriate supervision.
\n\u2022\tAssist with medication dispensing under the supervision of a doctor or authorised senior staff.
\n\u2022\tFollow established clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and infection-control procedures.
\nClinic Operations & Inventory Management
\n\u2022\tMonitor stock levels of medications, medical supplies, and clinic consumables.
\n\u2022\tSupport inventory management and report shortages when necessary.
\n\u2022\tMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation throughout the clinic.
\n\u2022\tEnsure consultation rooms and equipment are clean, prepared, and ready for use.
\n\u2022\tWork closely with doctors and other healthcare team members to support efficient clinic operations.
\nJob Requirements
\n\u2022\tMinimum SPM qualification; a Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field is an advantage.
\n\u2022\tPrevious experience in a GP clinic, medical centre, or aesthetic clinic is preferred.
\n\u2022\tCandidates with aesthetic clinic experience will receive preference.
\n\u2022\tFresh graduates and candidates with 0\u20132 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
\n\u2022\tBasic knowledge of clinic operations and patient handling is an advantage.
\n\u2022\tGood communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and patient-focused attitude.
\n\u2022\tResponsible, disciplined, organised, and willing to learn.
