Job Description
As a Dentist at 3D Dentalcare, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dental services through accurate diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and patient education. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team to ensure consistently high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments
Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide preventive, restorative, and minor surgical dental procedures
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation
Adhere to infection control protocols, safety standards, and clinical guidelines
Collaborate with support staff and dental specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide excellent, compassionate patient communication and follow-up care
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from a recognized institution
Must be licensed and registered with the Philippine Dental Association (PDA) and PRC
Prior clinical experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Patient-focused, professional, and detail-oriented
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with dental teams
