Job Description

Accurate Health Medical Corporation is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Nephrologist to join our multidisciplinary medical team. This position is ideal for a compassionate and detail-oriented medical professional committed to delivering evidence-based nephrological care. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with kidney-related conditions, including acute and chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, and those requiring renal replacement therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations, diagnoses, and management of patients with nephrological conditions, including chronic kidney disease (CKD), glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and end-stage renal disease (ESRD).

Provide medical oversight for dialysis patients (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis), including initiation, ongoing assessment, and complication management.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care plans for patients with complex comorbidities.

Interpret laboratory, radiologic, and pathology reports relevant to kidney health and systemic diseases affecting the renal system.

Educate patients and their families on disease progression, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.

Contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives, medical audits, and the development of evidence-based nephrology protocols.

Participate in the training and mentoring of junior medical staff and allied health professionals.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with medical and legal standards.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent with specialization in Internal Medicine and sub-specialization in Nephrology.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology.

Valid medical license to practice in the region/country of employment.

Minimum of 3–5 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in the management of dialysis (both HD and PD), transplant follow-ups, and critical renal care.

Proficiency in using electronic medical records and clinical software systems.
