Registered Medical Technologist

The Medical Technologist performs professional laboratory work following established clinical procedures and performs chemical and biological tests on patient specimens for medical diagnosis.

Roles and Responsibilities
– Conduct laboratory tests and analyze the results using sophisticated laboratory equipment.
– Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure that they are working correctly.
– Prepare and test specimens of bodily fluids, tissues, and cells for microscopic and chemical examination.
– Ensure accuracy and precision in laboratory testing and maintain the quality control of laboratory procedures.
– Record and report laboratory test results accurately and timely to physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
*Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science, with a strong academic background and a proven track record of success in the field
*Hold a valid and current PRC license in Medical Technology, demonstrating professional competency and adherence to ethical standards
*Fresh graduates who have recently passed the licensure exam are welcome to apply and will be provided with comprehensive training and support to develop their skills and knowledge
*Prior experience in a medical laboratory setting is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and processes is essential
*Available to start work immediately and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
*Possess a strong passion for the field of medical technology and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
