We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, adhering to professional standards and best practices.
Assess patients’ medical conditions, administer medications, and assist with treatments.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health and wellness, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
Ensure a safe and clean patient environment, following infection control procedures.
Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
Maintain professional knowledge and stay updated on the latest medical advancements and healthcare guidelines.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines.
Previous nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure healthcare setting.
A commitment to delivering quality patient care.
Basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS) certification is a plus.
