Roles & Responsibilities
• Driving the growth of key products according to sales strategies set by management.
• Building and expanding relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
• Providing guidance to customers on forthcoming product developments and proposing solutions based on their needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
• Gathering market, customer, and competitor insights to understand industry trends and predict future buying behavior.
• Representing the company in trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
• Understanding customersâ business requirements for effective negotiation of agreement terms, pricing variations, delivery methods and specifications to close sales.
• Making accurate, cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
Requirements
• A minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Sciences.
• Experience in sales or patient/customer facing role.
• Experience working with public or private hospitals or in the area of General Surgery, Clinical Nutrition, ICU, Emergency Department or OT.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience as a Nurse or Inpatient Pharmacist is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Network with healthcare professionals is a plus.
