We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Medical Technologist to lead our laboratory services at this newly opened branch.
Location: San Antonio, Parañaque (Newly Opened Branch)
Job Description:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of medical technologists and laboratory staff.
- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
- Managing laboratory resources, including equipment and supplies.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate test results.
- Providing training and mentorship to laboratory staff.
- Maintaining a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Valid Chief Medical Technologist License (PRC).
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment operation and maintenance.
- Previous experience in a medical laboratory leadership role is preferred.
