Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Supervisor at Calamba Medical Center located in Calamba. The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing staff, providing leadership and guidance, monitoring patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Registered Nurse
Graduate of Master of Arts in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing
Nursing Management and Nursing skills
Experience in critical care medicine and patient care
Knowledge of medicine and healthcare practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations
Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
Preferably with related working experience.
With leadership abilities and decision making skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
