As an On-call General Practitioner with OSH expertise at CareHealth Plus, you will be responsible for delivering primary medical care to a diverse patient population while overseeing occupational safety and health aspects within our healthcare facility. Your dedication to primary care and workplace safety will contribute to the well-being of our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of common medical conditions and ailments.
• Develop treatment plans and provide necessary interventions.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive measures, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate effectively with a healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in primary care.

OSH Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee occupational safety and health programs.
• Conduct safety and health assessments and inspections.
• Evaluate workplace hazards and recommend safety measures.
• Promote a culture of safety and health among staff and patients.
• Provide training and education on occupational safety and health.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and health regulations.
• Investigate and report on workplace incidents and accidents.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree with specialization in General Practice or Family Medicine.
• Valid and current medical license to practice in the Philippines.
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
