On-Call Internal Medicine Physician

CareHealth Plus is seeking a dedicated and compassionate On-Call Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Laguna. As an On-Call Internal Medicine Physician, you will provide expert care to our patients during specific shifts. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of medical conditions, ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and make accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic patient care.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention and management.
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical records.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and valid medical license to practice in the Philippines.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in internal medicine.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dedication to providing patient-centered care.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts as needed.
