Retainer Company Doctor (Internal Medicine)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and consultations for employees of corporate clients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, providing appropriate medical interventions and prescriptions.
• Implement preventive health measures and promote wellness programs to improve employee health and reduce absenteeism.
• Collaborate with other medical specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide expert medical advice to corporate clients on health-related matters and contribute to occupational health initiatives.
• Participate in health education and awareness programs, both for employees and management teams.
• Stay updated on the latest medical advancements, treatment modalities, and best practices in Internal Medicine.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine is mandatory.
• Active medical license in the state where CareHealth Plus operates.
• Proven experience as an Internal Medicine physician, preferably in a corporate or occupational health setting.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to provide accurate and timely medical assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient-centric approach to healthcare delivery.
