Cavite Medical Center is seeking a motivated and dedicated Registered Medical Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Registered Medical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and reliable laboratory results that contribute to patient diagnoses and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology
• PRC License in Medical Technology
• Can start as soon as possible
• With or without experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and analyze samples for various diagnostic tests, including hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and blood banking.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to quality control standards.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate reporting of laboratory findings.
• Adhere to strict laboratory safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with advancements in medical technology and laboratory practices.
