Position: Company Nurse
Job Description:
Provide first aid treatments and medications for employees.
Record patient’s medical information and vital signs.
Maintain all employees’ medical records.
Assess the health status of employees and recommend appropriate actions.
Coordinate with the HMO provider for enrollment, billing, and reimbursement.
Schedule and assess Annual Physical Exams (APE) of employees.
Conduct monthly inventory of medicine and medical supplies.
Plan and implement health improvement programs for employees.
Conduct health awareness lectures among employees.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of BS Nursing and/or Occupational Health.
Registered Nurse with PRC License.
3-5 years of experience in clinical/hospital or occupational health.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience in attending to the clinical needs of employees.
Ability to work well in a changing environment and value teamwork.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Ability to handle confidential information.

Supplemental Pay Types:
13th-month salary.
Experience:
Clinical/hospital: 3 years (Required).
License/Certification:
PRC Nurse License (Required).
Expected Start Date: 02/05/2024.
