Job Description:
- Provide direction to management on compliance to health-related policies under the Philippine law.
- Recommend policies and/or refinement on health related matters to management.
- Oversee clinic operations for the delivery of basic medical services to employees and guests.
- Handles health and wellness programs and services.
- Responsible for the periodic health examination of employees.
- Implements health education and promote wellness initiatives in the workplace.
- Conducts assessments of company health care service providers.
- Submits periodic reports as may be required by the company for risk and audit compliance.
- Consistently act in line with organization values
- Ensure all staff are well informed on health and safety policies and procedures and other company policies and regulations.
- Performing appropriate and timely interventions such as but not limited to basic physical exams, assessing patient and administering medication.
- Adherence to company’s code of conduct.
- Model the resort’s mission, vision and core values.
- Maintain a high standard of appearance and hygiene at all times in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Attend periodical mandatory training / meeting for compliance purposes (i.e. risk management, health and safety, etc.).
- Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Doctor of Medicine
- Holder of valid Professional Regulations Commission Physician License
- Has an Occupational Safety and Health training require
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good clinical management skills
- Physically fit
