Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• License not necessary
• Computer literate; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint​
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willing to handle customer support​
• Pleasing Personality
• Previous experience in Clinical Laboratory an advantage but not necessary
• Willing to multitask and manage information department

Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing procedures and assessments as needed for laboratory services.
• Provide excellent customer support to clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices.
• Assist in managing information related to laboratory services.
• Participate in training and professional development activities as required.
