Staff Nurse

Davao Doctors Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, demonstrates strong clinical skills, and thrives in a supportive and fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, accurate, and compassionate bedside nursing care aligned with clinical standards and patient needs.

Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions, including vital signs, treatment responses, and progress.

Assist with patient admission, transfer, discharge processes, and continuity of care coordination.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).

Valid PRC Nurse License.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).

Experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory — newly licensed nurses are welcome to apply.
