Dental World Manila is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Dentist to lead clinical excellence and deliver outstanding patient care. This role is ideal for a senior dental professional who is passionate about clinical leadership and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality dental care across various fields of dentistry
Lead by example in clinical excellence and professional standards
Ensure excellent patient experience and ethical clinical practice
Collaborate effectively with the dental and clinic support team
Support clinic operations through flexibility in work schedules
Qualifications
Must have strong clinical expertise across multiple dental disciplines
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
Advanced skills in prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics are a strong advantage
Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary: ₱33,000 – ₱70,000 (basic pay + commissions)
Earn ₱30,000+ basic salary plus performance-based incentives
