We seek a skilled and passionate Physician to join our interdisciplinary team as a Reinforcement Learning Specialist. In this role, you will be crucial in developing and refining our AI-driven clinical decision support systems. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to integrate medical expertise into the reinforcement learning process.
• Analyze and annotate medical data to create high-quality training datasets for reinforcement learning models.
• Contribute domain-specific knowledge to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-driven clinical decision support systems.
• Review and validate model outputs to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to translate clinical workflows and guidelines into AI-friendly decision pathways.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in both medical practice and AI technology, ensuring our solutions remain state-of-the-art and clinically relevant.
• Act as a bridge between the medical and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
