Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Preparation of specimens and materials for various assays/testing, ensuring proper identification of clients prior to sample collection
• Performing blood extractions and addressing any complications before or after extraction
• Receiving and verifying test requests from the processing section
• Conducting daily quality assurance procedures on all tests done in analyzers/machines operated within the assigned section
• Addressing patient queries, needs, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Evaluating and ensuring accuracy of patient results before releasing
• Fulfilling other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, including workload management and maintaining compliance with hospital procedures
• Contributing to the hospital’s reputation for exceptional healthcare services, particularly in maternity care
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology and a valid PRC License
• Drug Test Analyst Certification preferred
• Flexible and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ready to commute or inhabit Quezon City before starting work
