Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual CBC (Complete Blood Count) and UA (Urinalysis) procedures.
- Work in both the primary hospital (30-bed capacity) and secondary laboratory.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely laboratory results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and adhere to quality control standards.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all laboratory practices.
Qualifications:
- Registered Medical Technologist with a valid PRC license.
- Proficient in performing manual CBC and UA procedures.
- Recent board passers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
