Job Description: Healthcare Trainer & Implementation Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Trainer & Implementation Analyst to play a critical role in driving the successful adoption of our software by new agencies. This position involves working closely with implementation specialists and agency representatives to deliver tailored training programs, ensuring agencies are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to maximize the platform’s potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions customized to meet the unique needs of each agency.
Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
Partner with the Software Platform Educator to gather feedback and identify areas for training enhancement.
Stay current with software updates to provide accurate and up-to-date training.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of training sessions and client progress.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and effectively engage diverse learners.
Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to outstanding client support.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zendesk Support, and online meeting platforms.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
Amenable to work graveyard shifts and remotely from home.
