General Physician (Occupational Health)

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care and occupational health services to employees.
• Conduct thorough medical assessments and examinations to ensure the physical fitness of employees.
• Handle medical emergencies promptly, delivering immediate medical care when necessary.
• Collaborate with other health professionals and company management to design and implement effective health and safety programs.
• Conduct health-related training and workshops for employees, fostering a culture of wellness and safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of health-related policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements: To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Valid Medical Degree and a current license to practice as a General Physician.
• Proven experience as an Occupational Health Doctor, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
• Willingness to undergo additional training related to occupational health and safety.

Optional (Preferred):

• Possession of BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or BCOM (Basic Course on Occupational Medicine) training from PCOM (Philippine College of Occupational Medicine) or UP CPH (University of the Philippines College of Public Health).

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• Clinic Duty: Monday to Friday, every 16th to 31st of the month.
• Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Hourly Rate: PHP 500 per hour.
