Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist who will play a critical role in our pharmacy department. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring antimicrobial consumption within the hospital and providing essential drug interaction assessments and drug information related to antimicrobials to healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze antimicrobial consumption patterns within the hospital.
Conduct drug interaction assessments for antimicrobial medications.
Provide drug information and recommendations to healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize antimicrobial therapy.
Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
Assist in medication review and patient consultations as needed.

Qualifications:

Registered Pharmacist with a valid license.
Completion of a one-year postgraduate study with a major in Clinical Pharmacy.
Minimum of one year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
Hospital experience in a similar capacity is advantageous.
Comprehensive knowledge of various aspects of hospital pharmacy practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
