Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist at Fe Del Mundo Medical Center, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify patients’ strengths and challenges related to daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients’ specific needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to enhance independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy to provide evidence-based care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the Philippines.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
