Job Description
As a Nurse at Gan Advanced Osseointegration Center (GAOC), you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care and supporting clinical operations. This position requires strong clinical skills, organizational ability, and a compassionate approach to patient management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dentists and surgeons during clinical procedures, surgeries, and emergencies.
Provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients by offering amenities and ensuring their overall comfort before, during, and after treatment.
Prepare, set up, and familiarize yourself with instruments, equipment, and materials required for both general and surgical procedures.
Perform proper sterilization processes, including washing, packing, and three-step sterilization of instruments, as well as preparing surgical drapes and towels.
Take, organize, and manage patient radiographs and photographs, ensuring timely delivery to patients within 24 hours.
Maintain daily organization of dental instruments, equipment, and consumables, ensuring all rooms are properly geared up before and after each patient.
Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and coordinate with laboratories for dental cases.
Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and report for servicing when necessary.
Record and secure patient vital signs prior to surgery, verifying medical clearances and consent forms.
Assist in specialized procedures such as blood extraction for Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) preparation.
Collaborate effectively with dentists, surgeons, and the clinical team to ensure seamless operations and high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a valid license.
Experience in a dental, surgical, or hospital setting preferred.
Strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
