Role Overview
As a PHRN Healthcare Associate, you will support US healthcare processes through minimal voice to non-voice clinical assistance, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Monthly Earnings: Up to ₱52,000
Salary Breakdown:
Basic Pay: ₱30,000
Premium Allowance: ₱10,000
Flex Fund Allowance: ₱1,000
20% Night Shift Differential

Provide clinical support for US healthcare processes

Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Must hold an active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
Minimum 1 year of bedside, clinical, or hospital experience (required)
Experience with US healthcare accounts or healthcare BPO is an advantage
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Willing to work permanent night shifts and onsite
