ASSISTANT NURSES

As Halcyon Health Network, Inc. we are currently seeking Assistant Nurses to join our healthcare team!

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any medical and allied courses
• Knowledge of basic medical terms and computer programs
• Good people and management skills
• Willingness to work Saturdays
• Ability to update patient records, assist follow-up MDs and patients, check doctor’s notes, prepare referrals, and upload documents

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses
• Update and maintain patient electronic medical records based on guidelines
• Assist follow-up MDs and patients with scheduling appointments and coordinating care
• Assist in check listing on doctors’ notes to ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Prepare referrals to specialists and ensure timely follow-up
• Upload patient records and documents to electronic medical record systems
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients
• Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the registered nurse or healthcare team leader
