Halcyon Marine Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Doctor to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical services, ensuring accurate evaluations, prescriptions, and guidance for patients undergoing pre-employment and routine medical assessments. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, effective communication, and operational excellence, including telemedicine consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of Pre-Employment Medical Examinations (PEME).

Conduct thorough medical evaluations of patients, reviewing pending procedures and test results.

Prescribe appropriate medications tailored to patients’ medical conditions.

Identify patients requiring additional tests, repeat assessments, or specialist referrals.

Communicate medical results clearly, providing patients with understandable explanations and guidance.

Perform telemedicine consultations, delivering remote care and advice to patients.

Collaborate with healthcare staff to maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Doctor in the Philippines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient interaction and documentation.

Computer literate with the ability to use electronic medical records and telehealth platforms.

Willingness to work on Saturdays as required to meet operational needs.
