PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Job Description
Halcyon Health Network, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with patients, families, and team members
- Work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in the team
- Plan, organize and conduct therapy treatment programs based on individual patient needs
- Use tact and understanding in dealing with patients
- Perform duties under stressful conditions
- Prepare and maintain accurate, concise case records of patients
- Operate related adaptive equipment
- Utilize computer software programs incorporated in clinical practices, such as Google Drive
Requirements:
- Active state Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills
- Tact and understanding with patients
- Ability to work under stressful conditions with professionalism
- Experience with adaptive equipment and Google Drive
