Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests, including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology.
Collect and prepare samples for analysis, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality control protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate test results.
Maintain accurate records of tests and patient information.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude when interacting with patients and colleagues.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in medical technology and laboratory procedures.

Qualifications:

Registered Medical Technologist with a valid license.
Previous work experience in a medical laboratory setting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive working attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Willingness to work in Dasmariñas City, Philippines.
