Job Description
Health Stat Diagnostic and Medical Clinic, Co. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Radiologic Technician to join our expanding team in Marikina City. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering accurate diagnostic imaging while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and patient-centered experience.
As a Radiologic Technician, you will support a broad range of imaging procedures—including X-rays, sonograms, and echocardiographs—while collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff to uphold quality, efficiency, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology
Registered RadTech preferred but not required
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong knowledge of X-ray and general imaging procedures
Excellent customer service, with strong oral and written communication skills
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-first healthcare
Key Responsibilities
Operate, assist, and maintain imaging equipment for X-rays, sonograms, echocardiographs, and other diagnostic procedures
Ensure proper patient positioning and preparation to achieve accurate and high-quality images
Document and maintain patient records with precise labeling and secure image storage
Explain procedures clearly, address patient concerns, and uphold all safety protocols
Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to support accurate interpretation and timely clinical decisions
Follow strict radiation safety standards for both patients and staff
Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshooting; escalate concerns promptly to prevent downtime
Assist with quality control, calibration, and continuous improvement of imaging processes
Keep updated on new imaging techniques, equipment use, and best practices
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth patient flow
Compensation & Contract
Basic Pay
Overtime Pay for approved hours beyond the regular schedule
Holiday Pay + 13th Month Pay
Initial Contract: 6 months, with renewal and potential regularization based on performance
