Registered Medical Technologists

Job Summary:
Hi-Precision Diagnostics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Medical Technologist to join our dynamic laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a full spectrum of laboratory procedures across the Pre-Analytic, Analytic, and Post-Analytic phases in accordance with established standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality assurance guidelines of the assigned section.

The role demands a commitment to accuracy, adherence to safety and regulatory protocols, and collaboration with the clinical team to ensure timely and precise delivery of diagnostic results that support optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct specimen collection, handling, and preparation in accordance with pre-analytical standards.

Perform diagnostic laboratory tests with precision and efficiency using both manual and automated techniques.

Analyze and validate test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability before release.

Record and document results in compliance with laboratory information systems and reporting guidelines.

Adhere to internal quality control and quality assurance protocols at all times.

Maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, including routine calibration and troubleshooting.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the laboratory setting.

Participate in continuing education and skills development as required by the department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology from a recognized institution.

Must hold an updated Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.

Newly licensed board passers are encouraged to apply.

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
