Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough dental consultations, focusing on both diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Perform routine check-ups, regular cleanings, and other necessary dental procedures.
• Administer complete Pre-Employment and Annual Physical Examinations, aligning with company guidelines.
• Showcase expertise during emergency dental cases, providing immediate and efficient care.
• Pursue continuous dental education and maintain up-to-date credentials as required.
• Follow strict ethical guidelines set by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and respective Dental Associations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new dental procedures and service advancements.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care and service at Healthway Medical Clinic.
Requirements
• Must be a Licensed Dentist, registered with the Philippines Professional Regulation Commission.
• Possess a keen ability to diagnose and treat dental issues.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients.
• Display a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Be able to handle high-stress situations and make decisions quickly during emergencies.
• Demonstrate professionalism, ethics and a patient-centric approach.
