Roles & Responsibilities
• Engage in thorough medical consultations and comprehensive patient management for individuals suffering from kidney-related illnesses.
• Administer accurate and complete annual physical examinations, pre-employment exams, insurance exams in accordance to the company policies.
• Provide urgent care to patients requiring immediate medical attention in emergency circumstances related to renal conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic kidney diseases.
• Deliver in-office procedures as appropriate and conduct follow-ups.
• Practice medicine upholding the guidelines set by the Professional Regulation Commission, maintaining the highest level of medical training and adherence to Nephrology Specialty Organizations.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team members to formulate comprehensive care approaches.
Requirements
• Valid license to practice medicine in The Philippines.
• Completion of nephrology fellowship and board certification in the same.
• Possession of strong clinical and diagnostic skills related to Nephrology.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and healthcare laws.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and patient service skills.
