Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive dental consultations and treatments with emphasis on diagnostic precision and effective treatment planning.
• Perform routine dental check-ups, cleanings, and other necessary procedures.
• Execute Pre-Employment and Annual Physical Examinations as per company protocols.
• Handle emergency dental cases with immediate, proficient care.
• Continually enhance dental education and stay updated with advancements in dentistry.
• Uphold the ethical guidelines laid out by the PRC and respective Dental Associations.
• Drive new dental procedures and technological advancements in line with the clinic’s service delivery goals.
• Perform minor oral surgeries as necessary and have proficiency in using dental imaging technologies.
• Prioritize patient-oriented care and service across Healthway Medical Clinic.
Requirements
• Registered Dentist with a valid license provided by the Philippines Professional Regulation Commission.
• Ability to diagnose and treat dental issues with accuracy.
• Strong inner personal and communication skills.

• Competent in managing high-stress situations and making quick decisions during emergencies.
