CORPORATE CLINIC OFFICER (RN)

Healthway Medical is lookig for Corporate Clinic Officer.

Below is the Resbonibilities:

This position is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of assigned clinic management accounts – from staff deployment, clinic management and compliance of medical related programs and activities, attendance monitoring, and compliance to Service Level Agreements with clients. The function includes supervision of retainer and reliever nurses and doctors’ performance, and ensures all client sites are appropriately manned in the absence of regular staff.

Qualifications

Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in nursing or any Medical field
At least 3-years relevant work experience; experience in hospital or company clinic setting an advantage
Good people management, communication, and customer service skills
Strong organization, coordination, and decision-making skills
Flexible and adaptable; with integrity and service mindset
MS Office skills (PowerPoint, excel, outlook)
Basic Life Support and First Aid training / BOSH trained, or master’s in health or public health administration an advantage.
