Job Description
Healthway Medical is seeking a proactive and dynamic Clinic Operations Officer to oversee the day-to-day management of our corporate clinic accounts. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance with healthcare regulations, and seamless coordination among clinic teams, internal departments, and corporate clients. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining Healthway’s standards of quality, efficiency, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce & Operations Management
Oversee clinic manpower planning and deployment to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for staffing based on client contracts and service requirements.
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and job shadowing for clinic personnel to ensure alignment with HMC policies and standards.
Monitor staff compliance with mandatory DOLE and HMC training programs.
Manage clinic staff leave requests and ensure proper scheduling of relievers.
Evaluate clinic performance and monitor Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) through periodic appraisals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular site visits and meetings.
Address client concerns promptly and ensure service satisfaction through proactive communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to uphold service quality and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments.
Clinic Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure full compliance with DOLE-BWC and other regulatory standards for occupational health services.
Conduct regular clinic audits and inventory checks in collaboration with the Technical Officer.
Review client satisfaction reports and implement improvement measures based on feedback.
Oversee timely submission of monthly and annual medical and utilization reports.
Health & Wellness Program Management
Lead the implementation of health and wellness initiatives aligned with DOH programs and client needs.
Analyze utilization data to design impactful wellness campaigns.
Coordinate with Marketing to deliver relevant educational and promotional materials for wellness events.
Qualifications
Education: Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role within a clinical or healthcare operations setting.
Strong clinical and operational knowledge with a solid understanding of healthcare compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in reporting, data analysis, and the use of digital tools for operational management.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
