Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic ensuring smooth workflow • Manage clinical staff members including Doctors and Nurses • Implement policies for better work conditions • Assure proper execution of specialized procedures such as dental, dermatology, physical therapy services • Maintain high level of integrity in all dealings with co-workers, patients & other stakeholders
Requirements
• Must be a licensed Doctor or Nurse • A graduate of Medicine, Nursing or any medical allied course • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Clinic or Operations Manager • Analytical, decision-making skills and leadership potential is essential • Results-oriented professional able to work well under pressure • Willingness to seek continuous learning and development
