Roles & Responsibilities

As a Nephrologist at Healthway Medical, you will be required to handle the following responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive patient care, with a focus on individuals with kidney-related diseases.
• Engage in vital physical examinations, pre-employment and insurance checks in line with Healthway Medical’s policies.
• Provide immediate medical response to emergency renal conditions.
• Develop and implement robust treatment plans for acute and chronic kidney diseases.
• Conduct in-office procedures and necessary follow-ups.
• Uphold the highest standards of medical practices in accordance to the Professional Regulation Commission guidelines.
• Collaborate actively with multi-disciplinary teams to create inclusive patient care plans.
• Since Healthway is a Multi-Specialty Center, conducting patient consultations will also be a key part of your role.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
• Hold a Degree in Medicine with a specialization in Nephrology.
• Have previous experience as a Nephrologist, preferably in a health clinic or a multi-specialty center.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and skills in delivering urgent care and managing renal complications.
• Strictly adhere to professional guidelines set by the local medical regulation authority.
• Possess effective coordination skills with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
