Ophthalmologist (Healthway Centrio Cagayan de Oro)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye consultations and examinations targeting patients’ vision and overall eye health.
• Administer proficient ophthalmic procedures including cataract surgery, glaucoma intervention, retina and vision treatments.
• Address emergency ocular needs swiftly, showing compassion and immediate care.
• Uphold professionalism and standards in accord with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and Specialty Organizations.
• Maintain patient records with utmost accuracy and regular updates.
• Cooperate with the healthcare team for providing multidisciplinary patient attention.
• Play actively in promoting preventive health through physical examinations, vaccinations, and pharmacy products.
• Engage in needed outpatient surgical procedures.

Requirements

• Must possess a completed MD degree and a recognized residency program.
• Must possess a valid and current Medical license.
• Required to have specialization in Ophthalmology with active board certification.
• Candidates with experience in outpatient procedures and preventive care are preferred.
